Medcon is the CMA’s conference for Catholic pre-meds!

Recently canonized St. Pier Giorgio Frassati called those around him to journey “to the heights.” Join the Catholic Medical Association as we also journey to the heights of healthcare after the example of the Divine Physician Himself!Register Now

The Catholic Medical Association looks forward to a weekend of fellowship and formation with the next generation of health care professionals!  We hope to leave you inspired and hopeful about the important role Catholics play in health care, and to give you a foundation of principles to prepare you for the challenges Catholic students may face during training.

Who is MedCon For?

Medcon is intended for Catholic undergraduate students considering a career in medicine.  If you are considering a career in another health profession and would be interested in coming to Medcon, please email medconquestions@gmail.com

Lodging

We recommend visitors stay at the Sacred Heart Parish Center, which is less than 1 mile from MedCon and is the most affordable option near campus. You are welcome to reserve your lodging anywhere you’d like; however, this is just the most affordable option.

Financial Assistance

We have worked to subsidize the cost of the conference as much as possible to make it affordable for Catholic pre-med students. However, if you are interested in attending but feel that financial hardship would preclude your participation, please contact Jonathan Scrafford at scraf003@gmail.com. We will do our best to defray costs on a case-by-case basis to make it possible for as many students who are called to be able to attend.
