The lone speaker of the events was Dr. Rene Josef Bullecer, the FIAMC Commissioner for Asia and the National Vice President of the National Council of the Laity of the Philippines. Dr. Bullecer presented the topics in a holistic manner wherein the scientific, moral and spiritual components were molded together and made part of every talk.

Each day, the conference ended with confessions and Holy Mass. The main objective of the series of talks was to equip the young people with the most basic knowledge on life, and their sexuality and to become responsible Catholic adults who grow side-by-side with their faith. Also to transform their young minds and hearts into committed pro-life warriors and responsible professionals ready to stand up against the prevailing “cultures of death” .
Today, there are 19.8 million Filipino youth between the ages of 15 to 24.
