“Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?”
He said, “Who are you, sir?”
The reply came, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting.

I feel this pain through the new year! While I feel I am persecutng Jesus and my faith with my poor compliance to my prayer schedule and difficulty with managing time.

I always found this story of Saint Pauls conversion very fascinating and gave me as a sinner alot of faith in gods power! The hope that we sinners especially like me with dwindling faith and wobbly mind – need to be assured that there is hope!

“Go into the whole world
and proclaim the Gospel to every creature.
Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved;
whoever does not believe will be condemned.

This is the most direct order Jesus gave the disciples… He didnt mince words or tell parables but spoke straight to the point – a point so important that often I underestimate its power!

Let us start with simple habits and implement for everyday and proclaim Jesus through our work and deed. Making the extra effort to avoid temptation or sin !

PRAYER

I surrender my sinful life to you Lord, in hope to be forgiven and transformed like Saint Paul. Help me and Guide me!

AMEN.
