The participants are composed of the officers of the different lay organizations including the officers and members of the Catholic Physicians Guild Philippines to take part in the one-day special congress which will focus on the messages of mercy  as revealed by Our Lord to Sr. Faustina Kowalska.

This will be held at the Holiday Plaza Hotel, in the central city of Cebu, Philippines.Durimg the event, there will be confessions, Holy Rosay, Holy Mass, novena and healing session.The event is sponsored by CPGP under the leadership of Dr. Rene Josef Bullecer.
