The whole world is sick not just due to the many new emerging diseases caused by bacterias or viruses but due to the high level of spiritual illnesses creating severe moral havoc and affecting all levels of the society and sparing no particular religion or country. With the single objective of informing and updating   the Catholic faithful, the National Council of the Laity, the Catholic Physicians Guild of the Philippines, HLI Pilipinas with the inspiration from the FIAMC which is to strengthen the spirituality of the Catholic medical professionals jointly organize another event related to the Divine Mercy.

The one-day conference will be held at the GV Tower Hotel, Cebu City, Philippines on Saturday, April 18, 2026. For this event, two speakers will present their very important talks. One, a physician who will first talk and elaborate on the diseases which can cause modern illnesses or the so-called lifestyle-induced illnesses. While the second speaker, a moral theologian, will be discussing the implications of the sinfulness of man and the grave consequences not only to the family, to the society and to the world but most importantly to the human souls. 

The organizers are expecting about 400 attendees primarily from the different lay organizations, the youth groups and the Catholic para-medical professionals. The conference will end with an anticipated Holy Mass and the Consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
